We offer next business day dispatch on in stock products when you order by 1pm, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following business day. We observe most Federal and Provincial holidays across Canada, in the event of a holiday, dispatch and delivery may be delayed.
If you have ordered a special or custom item it may take longer for delivery but will generally be shipped within 2-10 days.

All returns must be pre-authorized by a Maxwell Sales Representative via telephone 1-800-561-6406. If the product is approved for a return, an authorization code will be provided that must be included with the returned items.
For an approved return, the product must be unopened, unbranded and purchased within the last 90 days.
If the customer receives a product that is different to the item ordered or a damaged item, Maxwell will be responsible for return shipping costs and provide a full refund. However, if the customer wishes to return the product for any other reason, it is their responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping.
A refund will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the products. A 15 % restocking fee will be charged if the product is being returned for reasons other than Maxwell shipping error or damage. The Maxwell Sales Representative will advise the full dollar amount that will be returned to the customers credit card upon receipt of returned goods.
