Training Services

Normax offers two types of training services: Tele-Training, and On-Site.

With our tele-training procedures, clients become much more familiar with their system, and during the training process, learn how to do a first level troubleshoot (i.e. checking all power sources). This greatly reduces the number of Help Desk calls and on-site service calls.

Loyalty Management Services

As added value, Normax offers Loyalty Management and Card Bureau services. Loyalty Programs are becoming more and more prominent in business today, and the ways of how to control and monitor them are growing. Normax offers both Field Support and Depot Support for clients. The Field Support is available only in major centers, while our Depot Support is nationwide.

Normax has the ability to track every asset unit at serial number level for multiple clients. What that means is, each unit can be "tailed" from the time it leaves the deployment center. Normax keeps client records up to date with equipment allocation and relocation. There is never any guesswork as to where a unit is, its status, or who owns it.
